Top Medical Research Studies

We examined the effects of vitamin B12 injections, combined with folic acid, on 38 patients with myalgic encephalomyelitis (ME), also known as chronic fatigue syndrome.

Participants were split into "Good" and "Mild" responders based on their improvement. Good responders reported greater progress with more frequent injections and higher doses of both supplements.

However, for Mild responders, the improvement was limited, suggesting that while there is potential for benefit, the response can vary widely among individuals. Overall, further investigation is needed to explore optimal treatment strategies.

I faced chronic fatigue syndrome and struggled with everyday tasks. I've learned that B vitamins are essential for energy cycles. Although I notice a B vitamin smell when I burp, it doesn't bother me. I'm trying other B vitamins and see improvements in my health.

I’m grateful for the continuous release of B vitamins that help maintain my energy levels for longer. I take B-100 before days of heavy exercise and find it has helped speed up recovery from chronic fatigue syndrome. While it does smell stronger than capsules, storing it in the fridge reduces the odour slightly. I notice my urine turns yellow, a common effect. I avoid taking it before bed as it can disrupt my sleep.

Reduced fatigue

I've consistently taken these mega vitamins, and they've greatly reduced my physical and mental fatigue. While I experienced a skin reaction initially, cutting back resolved it, and I found that the vitamin B mix is effective, helping to combat my chronic fatigue syndrome. The tablets are quite large, and they make my urine turn yellow.
